Introducing....

*trumpet fanfare* At this point in time I would like to introduce you to sandrinnad. She's been a very good friend of mine for many years and has lately been succumbing to my nefarious mind-control getting into Supernatural and LJ aaaaand has just posted her very first fanfic ever! TAH DAH!!!

Hey, how did you get her into Supernatural. My friend sangerin, who after years managed to mind-control me onto LJ, refuses to have anything to do with SPN, despite yasminke and I both assuring her of its fabulousness.

hmmmm....off the top of my head, and in no particular order:
- hot guys (shallow, but true :) )
- reading fanfic
- the way the people involved with the show seem to be really invested in it and actually care about doing it well: right from Kripke on down
- the enthusiasm and sharingness of the SPN fandom in general
- caffienekitty's sheer enthusiam and glee!!

this was all before I actually watched the show :) most of them caffienekitty told me about or pointed me to :)

I'm also a big supernatural/sf fan, which helped, but I was worried the show was too dark for me - the points above helped with that though, and helped emphasize that the focus of the show isn't the things they fight, it's the boys :)
