Okay, check me on this:



So, tonight on Chuck we got some background on Agent Sarah Walker, and she's apparently been raised on the road, changing names and going from school to school, dragged around by a dad who's engaging in criminal activity while she's apparently getting trained to be a kick-ass... something or other. Assassin maybe. Throwing a knife that is not balanced for throwing (looked like a jackknife), snap-shot, and hitting what you're aiming at point first? Not an untrained accident, that. At, what, 16, 17 years old, it's impressive as hell.

Even without a "Dad was doing the illegal stuff to finance his Hunting" (which unless Chuck is about to down more crack than it has ever done previously, isn't likely the case), Sarah was raised like a Winchester. No arcane stuff mind, but certainly the bouncing around and picking up combat and probably investigation skills, and doing things on the shady side of the fence.

So, does that sound like the crossover potential between Chuck and Supernatural just went up by an order of magnitude (when it was already pretty high because Chuck went to Stanford)? Or am I hallucinating?

I don't watch Chuck that much, but this sounds like an interesting crossover. Plus, Sarah's kinda awesome. And hot.

I'm liking Chuck as a kind of spoof of the whole spy movie genre. Plus it's got heart. And Casey. ;-) Sarah just got twice as kickass with that backstory element, because now it's not just a 'Chuck doesn't know her real name because it's a cover' it's 'Who the hell actually does know her real name?' which spins off into theory and plotting.

The thought did cross my mind. I would love to see a Chuck/Supernatural crossover. I'm sure someone must have done one... *takes a look in sn_crossovers* Voilà! I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but there are a couple here.
