It is frustrating to get the 'tell' rather than the 'show' regarding Sam's demon blood, but I blame that on the woeful budget the production has.

It was very strongly implied with a reference Alastair made to getting the sickle from an 'old friend' who "doesn't really ride a pale horse, but he does have three amigos."

I've had Chris deBurgh's "The Vision" running through my head on repeat since thursday. :-D

Yep, Death is one of the four. There's also Death as a solo operator mythology though, so both could be involved. War, Famine and Pestillence don't get the same kind of press. It's like Death's the lead singer and the rest are the band. ;-)
