In our area the schools are all doing a Pro-D day tomorrow. Which wouldn't get you the day off as a teacher, but all the kids get a four-day weekend out of it.
Me, I believed all the 'Finale is on the 21st' and booked my mid-tax-season day off for the 22nd. Blah.

I'm about to do my default icon change, and I'm debating breaking my personal tradition and using the 'Zen' icon instead. I expect to be using it a lot over the hiatus, so I'll probably stick with Thursday.
I am 100% sure Kripke know exactly what he is doing because somehow he tends to think a bit like me and I know what I would do with the boys...
I know, me too, it's just how much he tortures us before he gets there.
I hope superwiki will be up soon because how else am I going to know what happend in the finale? *sighs*
They're having issues with someone uploading malware to their site. In the meantime, there's an LJ community for updates, and they are also updating via their Twitter.

There's a good spoiler-free (for north american airdates) LJ comm called spnfencentral you might consider signing up for. They collect the news and check it for spoilers, among other things.

I'm....nervous. This is my first season finale leading to a hiatus so I'm pretty much entirely unsure what to expect (I do have absolute control of the remote though :D)
I can't believe I actually got to check the "Friday off" box, because I didn't plan for it, but my work schedule just happened to end up giving me the day off due to the boss being out of town, so ... yeah. I'll suffer through it. And by suffer through it I mean most likely rewatching the finale a gazillion times and possibly any other super relevant eps from the season and just GLUTTING on the SPN in general. Yeah.
I am heading out to find some booze, bringing out the blanket and stuffies. After that....I am worried.. But he has a plan, I am clinging to that too:P
Sigh. It's a bad day for computers. Work puter just locked up and crashed as I was about to hit post. Gah.
Anyway, I'm hoping, both madly and possibly futilely, to have a reaction posted before I come down so you, me and S. can discuss coping strategies. Fic helps. *nods*
Due to client shenanigans last night I am a day behind on planning and prep, the frustration of which may be endless. I had a ficlet I was gonna finish off and now the bunny is too nervous to hop. Also I'm at work again which sucks more than ever for reasons I will either forget or whine about in e-mail.
