Summary: Moriarty recaptures John and leaves him trapped in a world of hallucinations.
(PG - Could be read as entirely Gen/Squint except the last few paragraphs, where there is kissing. A very creative take on hurt/comfort, and the detail of the hallucinations is wonderful. The combination of humour and angst in this blends into something almost wistful.)
