Picspam Reaction: Supernatural 5.21
Probably contains profanity, I don't remember. Contains loads of spec. Also a passing reference to Doctor Who episode 2.1 (TenDoc) just in case that's still a spoiler for anyone.
Spoiler and Theorizing Timeline
NOTHING.
Seriously, nothing at all beyond conjecture based on aired episodes. So, In lieu of a spoiler timeline, here's a list of things I'm pretty sure will be/happen in this episode:
-Cliffhanger. Because for Kripke, 21 is a hangin' number. 1.21 (John's captured), 2.21 (Sam's stabbed), 4.21 (Boys fight) If it's 21, it's probably a cliffhanger to some degree.
-Sam says yes to Lucifer because he thinks he can fight him off when it comes time to jump in the Pit. I'm thinking this is probably exactly the way Lucifer wants it.
-Castiel's going to be back. Or else, Kripke! *shakes fist*
-Bobby will have sold his soul, and so will likely die before Crowley can return it. I'm almost sanguine about the idea at this stage, except I'm totally not, and I have alcohol and kleenex on standby.
-CARRY ON MONTAGE! Tonight or next week. (Whenever this series has it's final final Carry On montage, I guarantee you I will inundate several small villages with sheer wibble.) And possibly other mullet rock. Back in Black again would be awesome too, and an Impala montage would be very nice, but doubtful. Too much to do in 40 minutes already.
-TESSA. Will be back. Maybe. Since it's Death and all *handwaves* Or who knows, maybe she's been Death all along.
-And of course, Detroit, Adam, Croatoan virus, etc.
Too much babbling. I should have posted something earlier separately. I don't know what's going to happen in this episode, but I'm expecting to be either mind-blown or boggled for the next week.
So... Also, I heard Misha Collins is live-twittering during the episode. So I'm staying the hell away from Twitter right now. XD
Never has 18 minutes taken longer to pass. *edits text file* 12 minutes. *fudges around on random joke sites, checks e-mail* 9 minutes.
Hell with it. I'm turning the TV on.
Picspam Reaction, with speculation and randomness for Supernatural 5.21 - "Two Minutes to Midnight"
-*watches THEN in hopes of a montage* Nope? Darn! The first time it was in episode 1.21, so I was hoping. Actually I was really hoping for a two-hour season finale this year, but ah well.
-Adam! Castiel! Cage! Rings! Croatoan! Gaaaah! *belatedly hides from remainder of 'THEN'*
-Davenport, Iowa. Gotta love a town named after comfy furniture.
-Hi Pestilence!! You're looking way less oozy than when we last saw you. \o/

-Proprietary blend of diseases in a human perti dish. Hee! I like the sciency-experimental take on Pestilence.
-Augh. Of course. It's the end of season five and Kripke had to do pea-soup-projectile-vomit.

-One day earlier there was research! \o/ I see a print of Death and I see Maryland is having lightning storms. Maryland's where the nunnery over Lucifer's cage is, isn't it? Or was, since after the big power spike it might not be too intact as a building anymore. And something's making headlines in Lawrence, but it went past too fast to see what. [Tornado outbreak. I swear I just saw a very similar report on the Weather Network. Springtime in the tornado belt.]

-Yay! Yelling at people who are being self-sacrificing idiots! Being done by Dean! I don't know if that's irony, hypocrisy or what. Either way, it's so huge the universe may implode. XD

[And wow is Sam rockin' the MacGyver hair here or what?]

-CASTIEL! \o/ Yay, I don't have to kick Kripke's ass yet! He's in a hospital. Whumped and not insta-healing. Not a good sign.

-Shrimping boat in... location. Missed it. Google later. ["Shrimping boat off DelaCroix" Options seem to include Nevada, Louisiana, Argentina and Belgium. Since he's within bus distance of Iowa, that let's out Belgium and Argentina, and Nevada is not particularly known for it's shrimping industry, that puts him in Louisiana. I guess. Unless there's some other coastal, shrimp-infested Delacroix in the continental US.]
-"I'm thirsty, my head aches, I have a bug bite that itches no matter how much scratch it." Human. Wow. Okay, you know that doesn't bode well. Actually it bodes rather ominously for a hard-fought recovery of sorts at a crux point in the impending plot, followed by a self-sacrifice and no more Castiel. Which I'm finding a very very disturbing thought.

-However. However. He totally got another assist from God there. Ocean is huge. Shrimping boat is teeny. Unconcious, unpowered Castiel lands in the ocean, he drowns. (Probably, or at least is removed from being involved in upcoming events for a long time.) Lands on a boat, he's taken to a medical facility. Coincidence? Nuh uh. That wasGM fiat God. "Not gonna help again", eh? Suuuure. [He's also not in Argentina or Brussels or the freaking Moon and out of range for whatever's coming next. Castiel definitely has a job to do, and it's not finished yet. *nods* I think I know what it might be and it's starting to really freak me out. O.o]
-"Bobby's here he'll wire you the cash."/"I will???" *snerk*
-"You are not the burnt and broken shell of a man I believed you to be." Hahahahah. XD Aw Dean.

-Written by Sera Gamble and directed by Phil Sgriccia. Ooo. Hold on to your hats.
-"I'm looking for my Nana." Heee. Also aw, because they never had a Nana. Well, not one that they grew up having.

-*snerk* Improv!!! Who is Eunice Kennedy? [Ah. Eunice Kennedy, little sister to John F. Kennedy, founder of the precursor to the Special Olympics. This also potentially makes Sam and Dean's dad Arnold Schwarzenegger. o.O]
-I don't know exactly why, but the boys hijacking the eye-in-the-sky room gives me a thrill of nostalgic glee.

-Oooo. Distortion. Nifty!
-Aw, poor sleepy Dean. But he wakes up quick.

-And we're back at the pre-title timeline. That was fast.
-Carrying a shotgun openly in the corridors of a convalescent home, not conspicuous at all, Dean. You may consider borrowing Castiel's trenchcoat the next time you need to sneak a large weapon into a secured facility. Trenchcoats give a large bonus to holdout skill and considering you successfuly hid that you had an angel sword from Zachariah, with a trenchcoat you could likely holdout a minigun. *nods* Though I doubt Castiel's coat would fit.

-She's a demon.

-Yep.

-Have I mentioned that Matt Frewer ROCKS! \o/

-"We're under strict orders not to kill the vessels." Ooo. VesselS. Plural. Very interesting. *ponders*
-Oh, hey. *flaps hands around searching for words* It's, um. The Doctor Who mega-virus thing! From New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New York, with the cat nuns! That thing! Yeah? Sort of? ...and now anyone who doesn't watch Doctor Who thinks I'm insane. *sigh*
-Although, given everyone's vomiting up some really unnaturally green stuff, I'd suspect the hospital cafeteria would have killed them eventually if Pestilence hadn't. [*is not capping* but seriously, it looks like they've all been eating green Play-Doh]
-Ooo. Sam and Dean are effected by this Horsemen. Ooo. Is it because the diseases are a separate form of life and not a direct power? But Croatoan didn't effect them before... but that wasn't a normal earth disease... hm... *ponders*

-Uh, when staggering uncontrollably, sheathe your knife, Sam.

-SERIOUSLY! WATCH THE DAMN KNIFE, SAM!!! O.O

-SICK!BOYS! Passing out sick!boys! Yay! Someone's reading the fic! And comment-fic memes!

-Oooo, coughing up blood. That's never any fun. Even though I don't think that's a noted symptom of any of the diseases mentioned (and their blend is totally different than the previously named combo so maybe Pestilence does just activate sessile organisms, and Croatoan is an engineering project. Hm.) but they could have other secondary diseases and Pestilence is only hitting the highlights. And they aren't puking day-glo green goo because it's a different blend and they haven't experienced the joys of the hospital cafeteria. *nods*

-Pestilence has obviously never read the Evil Overlord's Handbook but I don't care. Matt Frewer can work a frigging monolog. So much yay! Hoping Pestilence doesn't die, but expecting he probably will shortly. Nuts.

-Castiel! He took a bus! Heee! Bobby must not have wired him a lot of cash, but obviously some. And maybe valid insurance coverage info? [Castiel spent about sixteen hours on that bus. He must have got out of the medical facility as soon as he hung up. Or buses in the SPN 'verse operate under the same laws of physics as the Impala. Which I kind of hope they don't. So. Un-powered Castiel on a Greyhound bus for 16-plus hours. That had to be fun. Lots of weird stuff happens on buses.]

-Oh great, Castiel. Walk your vulnerable under-charged self into disease range. Dumbass!

-DUMBASS LIKE A FOX!!!

YEAH CASTIEL!!! \o/
-[Aw. It's impossible to cap, but when Dean and Sam get up off the floor, Dean kind of has a split-second 'check on Sammy' maneuver just off the edge of the frame. You can tell from the angles he turns as he moves and his hand position off screen, he's got a hand on Sam's shoulder or something for a second there as he goes by. Aw.]
-"Too late". Yep. Diseases live on after creation/activation. Of course. [Except Sam and Dean are fine now, so maybe it was an immune suppression thing or... gah. There's different rules for vessels or something. Yeah. That's it. *handwaves*] Makes Pestilence damn powerful though if he's actually creating life. Maybe just supercharging dormant stuff in most cases, but that doesn't account for Croatoan. Hm. See, War effected people's perceptions, made them see an enemy to be fought where there was none. Perceptions of the external world. Famine effected internal perceptions, want/need/desire/hunger. Pestilence is spreading micro-organisms, and Death is behind a lot of the natural disasters, I suspect. Hm... As a group, they're relatively disparate entities. Hm. Needs more and better brain than mine. Also, I could have gone for a hell of a lot more Matt Frewer, even if his character tends to generate really disgusting puke-and-mucus-filled scenes. Damn.

-Interesting though, that Pestilence didn't poof the second his ring was cut off... maybe he'll be back...?
-"Chicago's about to be wiped off the map." Hee. That's one of the regular Creation Con locations, isn't it?
-"I don't understand your definition of good news." *giggles and pats Castiel*

-"Ya make it sound so easy." Dean is not having a good week. Neither is anyone else, but Dean seems most snarky about it at the moment.

-"I had, y'know, help."

Epic yelling in 3... 2...
-"Did you kiss him?"/"No!" HEE! No worries Bobby, Sam's just ascertaining how screwed you are in the Deal department.

-OMG! Pics or it didn't happen! *shrieks, deafens self and proceeds to LOL for the next several lines* [*laughs so hard on rewatching that she loses track of what cap she's on*]

[The looks on their faces! Crowley's gentlemanly extended pinky! *loses it again*]
-[Oh lord. Missed on the first watch-through: "Why'd you take a picture?"/"Why'd you have to use tongue?" *collapses* XD]
-Ooo. Holding Bobby's soul hostage. I like Crowley and his complete pragmatic, yet vaguely altruistic self-interest. Even though he's kidnapped Bobby's soul. Love him.
-"Lemmee guess, we're about to have a talk?" A Winchester is leaning on the Impala. This is a fairly standard 'imminent talk' position. *nods*

-[Hey. Doesn't someone have a meta on Blue vs Red in the show? Well, Dean's got a blue overshirt, and Sam's shirt is red. And here's a big yellow light between them. I'm thinking someone's meta got some fodder there.]

-"I'm the least of any of you." Aw Sam. Heh. Show of hands, how many people were in stereo with Dean's response there? *raises hand*

-"There's just me." Huh. Wasn't that what Anna said when she was stabbing Uriel? *ponders*
-"Aaaaand scene." *snerk* [...and now Crowley's between them with the yellow light... hm...]

-"You two are lucky you have your looks." *snerk* They're just distracted by being back to the 'one of them has to die/kill the other/let the other one die' again. Also, Bobby sold his soul, so, distracted. *handwaves*
-"This time next Thursday, we'll all be living in zombieland." THURSDAY! \o/ Yay! [And that time would be at about 9:30pm Eastern, spreading westward at a regular rate. Hee!]
-Oh Death! The song from the promo! Character intro montage! Oooooooo! *flails*
-CAAAAAAR! So shiny! Whassit? [Early sixties Cadillac? No. 1959 Cadillac which has an urban legend associated with it. Heh.] Love the placement, by the way, of Death's Chariot in front of the big "One Way" sign. Very apropos, Death being a one-way trip. Usually. Unless you're a Winchester in which case it's a roundabout. *nods*

-Darn, Death's male. Was hoping for a female Death.

-OMG THAT ROCKED!!! You know, if this had been split into two episodes and fleshed out a bit, ending episode one right after that montage would have kicked ass!
-Ooooo. C4 bricks. Nifty. Probably be better to use thermite versus a biohazard, though. But... Croatoan isn't an airborne virus (and seriously, Pestilence missed the boat on developing that vector. It apparently isn't one he can turn on or inflict on people with a handwave either... Hm This whole apocalyptic disease biology thing needs more brain. *ponders*)

-"All I have is this. What am I even supposed to do with it?" Not point it in Bobby's general direction for starters. o.O

-"Good luck stopping the whole zombie apocalypse."/"Yeah. Good luck killin' Death." Wait, what? No! No splitting up, dammit! That way lies very very bad badness! O.O

-"Remember when we used to just hunt Wendigoes?" Eeeeeee! \o/ Aw, Sammy misses Season 1. Bet he never figured on that, given what he was living through at the time. :-/

-'Everything was so simple.'/'Not really.' Awwwwwww.
-DEATH'S SICKLE! *puts a checkmark on the Wall* Or at least a half checkmark, for now. Ya know, that's the secondhigh-powered magic item significant weapon Crowley's been hanging on to. If I was them I'd shake him to see if anything else interesting clanks. AND! Exactly when did Crowley acquire hat that? Because if it was before "Abandon All Hope...", why didn't he give them that to kill Lucifer with? *looks sideways suspiciously at Crowley again*

-"You get more if you phrase it properly." Aw, CROWLEEEEEEEE!!!!!! *Applauds* They're both so dead. Crowley may have done this to increase Bobby's mission effectiveness, or as a 'sorry for kidnapping your soul' or most likely as a big honking flashing neon distraction to keep everyone from wondering why he didn't hand over the sickle back in 5.10, but he's either dead or evil and dead. Bobby's dead too. If he hadn't got walking back, he might be living through this season, but walking, he's a goner. :-( On a strictly immediate and practical level, though it does save how to fit the wheelchair in among the explosives. *nods*

And now everyone has thoroughly forgotten any inconvenient questions about where (and when) Crowley got that sickle, haven't they? Smug bastard. Damn, I love Crowley.
-"I'm happy to say that if that's what you want to hear." Heh. Cool. Castiel's thinking tactically and knows that... yeah. I have really really serious suspicions as to how things are going to go down (literally) next episode. I might post them seperately. Or I might not. O.O

-Gallons of demon blood. Keeps him from exploding. Well that's always nice. I thought I got a 'vampiric kine' sense from the Lucifer and Ruby interactions in "Abandon All Hope..." (Hush, old meta, that's not proof or implication of anything concrete regarding Sam. Really...)
-So much love for the warehouse shenanigans. It's like Extra-Special Ops.
-"BALLS!" I do believe that is a Dr. Horrible reference!! \o/
-Looks like Castiel figured out what to do with one end of the shotgun! [Although it doesn't cap well.]
-Hey, recurring demon! It's janitor/scientist demon from last week! Yay demon continuity! \o/

-[Damn. I was all set to squee my brains out about the Niveus Pharmacauticals slogan on the truck, ("A Better World Through Chemistry") being a reference to Paranoia the RPG, but they apparently got "Better Living Through Chemistry" from an actual chemical manufacturer's slogan, and it's since been adapted into music and so forth so... damn. Someone in the writer's room having played or run games of Paranoia would be awesome, and explain a few things, maybe.]

-Takes the lock mechanism right out. Wow. Nice shot, Sammy! O.O
-ZOMBIES! OOOOOOO! *flails a lot*

-Yeah, make sure you're not carrying the knife for when you're taken over by Lucifer there, Sam. Keeping a close eye on who's got it.

-"Have you met me?" Yep. Just Dean's luck he got stuck on the team with the demon that's more of a smart-ass than he is.

-REAPERS!!!! \o/

-Yeah, considering this is the city that starts of the rolling load of killer storms or whatever and the death toll's gonna be huge and it's Dean, leaving is not gonna wash. At all.

-...Why is Bobby looking at Sam like that...? That's not a particularly positive look, with some not particularly positive music in the background... *is nervous*

-"How the hell am I supposed to get three million people out of Chicago in the next ten minutes?" Aw Dean. If it's any reassurance, I don't think they could get far enough away in ten minutes to make a difference.

-Just in case you wondered what day it was, Sam's getting choked.

-Ah, Castiel figured out the use for the other end of the gun, hooray! "Actually, these things can be useful." Yep. Sawed-off shotguns go well with zombie apocalypses. Apocalypsi? Whatever.

-Ooo. Dean at the door. Cap it. [*is capped* What can I say. The man has some awesome intensity of focus.]

-Sickle. Dude. It's his sickle, and you think you can use it on him? Because Crowley said so? And then distracted you by making Bobby able to walk again? You're getting far too credulous or your own good, Dean. What's up with that?

-Hey! It's him! I don't know if I've ever seen him in a speaking role! He's awesome! He does creepy and looming without even standing up. [Julian Richings]

-OMG. ONE LITTLE PLANET!!!!! ONE TINY SOLAR SYSTEM!!!! THAT'S NOT THE FIRST TRANSPLANETARY IMPLICATION!!! *flails all over* I love this damn show. *smishes it*
-Damn, now I want pizza.

-"As old as God, maybe older." Life and death, creation and destruction, oh COOOL. *has momentary psychosis* Reap God. Entropy and the heat death of the universe as organized systems break down into chaos. There was nothing, disorder, random and undifferentiated matter, and then there was a spark. Black and White Guardians, the Dark and the Light, Chaos and Law. I kind of wish they'd stuck with the generalities and not tied it all so closely to one belief system, because this is very much elements that thread through all beliefs. I don't know if keeping it vague and nebulous would have worked though. *end psychosis*
-Loving the steadily-increasing storm in the background.

-Death's bound by Lucifer!! AH! Reaper binding book from "Faith" writ very very large! That's what the stuff at Carthage was about.
-Ooo. "Do whatever it takes." Ooo. OOOO!
-Let Sam jump into the pit in exchange for the ring. Oh crap. And Dean says yes. Oh Dean. Crap.

-DEATH GIVES HIM THE RING AND INSTRUCTIONS!!! O.O Which, really, is how it had to happen, since killing Death would be a leeetle bit tough on the world. I suppose Dean could have played poker or pool for it. That would have been cool too. *nods*
-Ooo! Rings! Nifty! Totally Rod of Seven Parts, Kripke you adorable gamer-geek you! Rather surprised War's ring is at the center and not Death's. Hm... Sorry, I was just overtaken by the thought of the Horsemen fist-bumping like the Wonder-Twins to activate their superpowers. *facepalm*

-"Boobs need work." Hee!

-'Walking up and down the stairs, scared it's a dream, the world's dying bloody, drink?' *flails* I will indeed be quite shocked if Bobby survives the season. Dammit.
-"What do you think Death does to people who lie to his face?" Yep. Because Dean can't promise that. But it's going to happen anyway. and it's all going to be fine in the end. Mostly. O.O

-"I'm not saying Sam ain't an ass full of character defects." Yep. Just like the rest of you guys.
-Sam running INTO burning buildings at 12. Into. Burning buildings. Just pointing out Bobby's interesting choice of example there. Sam running back into what Dean pulled him out of, and Dean being unable to keep Sam safe no matter how hard he tries. Or something.
-Beat the devil or die trying. Fear of losing or losing Sam. But you know what I think? I think trying to save Sam is going to be what makes Sam strong enough to make the jump. And I have a dread near-certainty of what might happen after that. O.O
Very interesting place for a stop. This is kind of.... setup. 5.22 is gonna be intense. And possibly a cliffhanger because there is just waaaay too much stuff to get done in 35 minutes (episode length minus montage and titles and so forth). And I'm gonna put my theories about it in a seperate post. Maybe. Gaaaaaah!! *is very very very nervous*
BUT I STILL HAVE ZEN! Just... there's this- if- gnh!! O.O

Ya know, that's the second

I like your thinky thoughts about horseman, especially your pairing of influencing external/internal perceptions and life/death. I think it's also an interesting not that they can't actually create things - War could warp what people saw but not make things out of thin air like a trickster, and Famine could amplify existing hungers but not create them, and obviously you can't kill what doesn't exist. Therefore, maybe Pestilence could encourage growth from existing microbes (and what better place to pick up some truly funky samples than where he chose, yes?) and perhaps repress immune response to them, but to increase them so much and progress them to such advanced stages implies heavy-duty manipulation of both the microbes and hosts that they couldn't maintain themselves without his support. And Croatoan already existed, so maybe he didn't make that, demons did (hence the sulfur) but he sped up production for use in the vaccines. If that made any sense...
Although you left out my favorite line by Pestilence - that bacteria are only out to "divide and conquer". ^_____^
Also, you have a typo around where Crowley introduces the scythe that made me think he suddenly had an awesome hat that I had forgotten about, and now I can't not edit little black bowler hats onto his head in all my mental images. Thank you, sincerely.
Also, this renewed talk of RPGs has me trying to fit the boys into classes again. If we go by the system I know best, I'd put both boys as definitely rogues, with Sam taking some levels in Sorcerer (it's in their blood!) or *shudders* Cleric, since he doesn't have to memorize spells (and now I want fic in which that's what Sam's hiding when he goes off with Ruby - memorizing his spells for the next day) while Dean's dead
to raise money for that Resurrection spelland maybe Dean's been taking a level in Paladin (he certainly has the charisma, and apparently he's a servant of Heaven, and the Impala is totally his warhorse already), and Castiel is a Paladin they're corrupting to Chaotic Good...and I'm spending way too much time thinking about all of this.Sorry for the rambling, I'm procrastinating on a project, and your post filled me with things to ponder and enjoy.
P.S. Though I can't be the only kid who got weirded out when they first heard the term "clerical" outside of gaming, right? Right?

Yes, this. I was going, "Wait, what? When was Crowley wearing a hat? I don't remember a hat? What kind of hat?" Rather than a bowler, I had him in a driving cap. But he's much more a bowler kind of guy, yeah?

Also, when I woke up this morning, I was convinced it was Thursday. Bwah!

Hm. You've got a point there. I'd thought it was Pestillence that made the original Croatoan back in the way-backs too.
Although you left out my favorite line by Pestilence - that bacteria are only out to "divide and conquer". ^_____^
Hee! I missed that one. :-)
Also, you have a typo around where Crowley introduces the scythe that made me think he suddenly had an awesome hat that I had forgotten about, and now I can't not edit little black bowler hats onto his head in all my mental images. Thank you, sincerely.
*fixes typo* Crowley totally needs an awesome hat. Bowler hat, pirate hat, it's all good. Not that there's anything offensive about the top of his head.
Also, this renewed talk of RPGs has me trying to fit the boys into classes again.
*nods along with your analysis* D&D-wise I've mentally been classing Dean as a kind of Fighter/Thief, now aiming reluctantly toward Paladin, and Sam as... kind of Monk-ish/Thief early on, and trying to shift aignments from Chaotic to Lawful with the whole Stanford thing. Not sure aboutI'm more familiar with the GURPS system myself, and somewhere in my GM plotting book I have them roughed out with Advantages and Disadvantages from Season 1. If I remember correctly at that point I gave Sam a Hidden Advantage to account for his hinted-at back then Psionic development, and was debating whether they both had a Wyrd, and whether it was a Destiny or a Dark Fate. XD I was going to convert them into a weird Medieval Supers setting I had and inflict them on my PC's as possible allies or adversaries but the game went on an unavoidable hiatus.
P.S. Though I can't be the only kid who got weirded out when they first heard the term "clerical" outside of gaming, right? Right?
Hee! I came into gaming more through GURPS than D&D, but the GM I was playing with had retro-fitted his world with classes, so yeah. :-)

It has never really occurred to me that any of the popular supporting characters would die, because unlike Winchesters, the chances of their coming back are very slim.
It's been occurring to me since season 2, particularly with Bobby, since his character is of a certain generalized archetype that usually dies in fictional settings. Castiel's survival is looking more and more nerve-wracking as the clues mount up that he's got something to be done yet, and I'm pretty sure I know what that is. Although I could be wildly wrong. There are a lot of elements in play and only one episode left to resolve everything. ETA: And they're both the last surviving members of what little support network the Winchesters had.
I kind of wish they'd spread last episode and the upcoming one into two linked two-parters. There's a lot of ground to cover that could be covered in much more detail.

And, of course, Death is English. Naturally. I'm therefore holding onto the hope that God must be English too. Or Alanis Morisette. In which case she's Canadian.

That's a possibility. Personally, I'm thinking Sam and Dean are gonna end up with a matched set of handprints, and one less angel. O.O

Either case would be awesome, but I have the feeling, (since I think Kripke's been trying for him for ages and there's been some recent references to Evil Dead), that it's gonna be a Bruce Campbell cameo. Or Surprise!JDM.
I really need to post a spec post before 5.22.
