I'm certain there are many other rec-able December holiday and winter-themed fanworks, but here's a very short list of the limited few I've had a chance to read.

Summary: If Lestrade is going to be Sherlock's Father Chrsitmas, he's going to do it properly.
(John makes Sherlock write his first ever letter to Santa and everyone pitches in to fill it. A very adorable Christmas conspiracy, with many giggles.)

Summary: A Sherlockian Twist on A Christmas Carol.
(A very charming adaptation of the Dickens classic plot, with plenty of snark.)

SLASH FIC

Summary: Mrs. Hudson invites the boys to go carolling with her and some of her friends.
(Sherlock/John - PG, established relationship. A quiet little moment of friend-family caring and cheer.)
