Since it's July and the [livejournal.com profile] watsons_woes July Writing Prompt Challenge has started, I'm hoping that (once I get done watching Sherlock 3.03 (O.O) and can come out of the longest spoiler sequestration ever) it'll be less quiet around here. However, as this is the first public post I've made here since... what... March??? I've already increased my recent monthly posting rate by infinity. :-P

What can I say, RL has been... horrendously annoying. :-/

Since it's Canada Day though, I had to do some kind of post. Chris Hadfield (the astronaut) and family have just made a cute video about life in Canada and uploaded it today, so here's an embed.





For me, today is going to be a good day spent with friends. I hope you all have a good day too. *hug*

Arg, I know, I know. Work and other misc RL issues left me with little free time and no capacity to focus for the past several months, so it's been rather ridiculous. I've been watching it a few minutes at a time here and there ever since January, because I am insane and can't watch this show without focusing intently, blithering on for pages and pages and taking screencaps. As a result, I'm now at about 55 minutes in, with 700 screencaps, and the word count so far is over 36k. :-P
