SPN stuff: Article from local paper about guy that played Max Miller (Nightmare)
Okay, random...
So, I walk in the door of my building today, glance at the stack of newspapers by the door and do a massive double-take. 'Cause 'lo and behold, Brendan Fletcher ('Max Miller' from Nightmare and probably many many future previouslies) is on the front page.
I knew he was a relatively local guy, but he apparently won a Gemini Award (Canadian Emmy, kind of, I think) and there's a massive article on him in our local paper. Aaaaand no mention of him being on Supernatural at all. Grr. But hey, just in case anyone out there is a rabid Brendan Fletcher/Max Miller fangirl, I figured I'd be an enabler and scan and post what the paper had to say. Thumbnails to hugeish jpeg scans through cut.
Compared to some of the other roles he's had, Max was sunshine and rainbows...

I would've just offered a link to the Newspaper site, but the article was not in the online version of the paper. Also, seriously, the bowling league scores make the website, but not the local Gemini-winner? Come on.)
Not at all what I was hoping to post tonight, but sometimes ya just gotta run with random coincidence.

I run a Brendan fansite, and I was wondering if you would mind me posting your scans on the site? I would completely understand if you say no, and I'm also very willing to give you credit for scanning them. :)
Again, thank you for posting them.

(Speaking of hometown guys, it's kind of a neat coincidence that you're from Richardson, TX, the hometown of my favorite actor, Jensen Ackles. :-D )

Not only the home town, but I attended the same high school. I even actually attended Jensen's high school graduation. ;) Technically, I was only there because it was my brother's grad, and Jensen was one of his classmates; but it's amusing now, after the fact?
