SPN Drabble: It's All About You, Isn't It?

A/N: Just a little pointless drabble in lieu of the giant, psychotic missing scene from hell that's monopolized my week and will hopefully be up this weekend, even though it's pretty moot now and rather crap. Not cross-posted because I couldn't find a prompt that fit.


It's All About You, Isn't It?

"You're the one I've been rooting for." Same old song and dance. If they didn't know there would only be one survivor, they'd do tedious things like trying to work together, cooperating.

Deep down, psychic or not, every single piece of human filth thought they were the special one, the hero of their own story. They knew it was all about them, and that their lives were a subtle series of manipulations to create the perfect candidate.

But Sam? He was rooting for Sam. Sam had the one thing the others didn't.

Sam was the only one his brother couldn't kill.

heh, this is so short, but I really liked it! I don't know, I can just totally picture it, and plus, I can definitely see the YED thinking this is a bonus in Sam winning, because he won't have Dean killing his winner.

Heh, yep, especially considering how things went in the finale! Maybe not for the YED personally, but for the "Grand Plan", assuming there is one.
