We need to do something. Someone needs to start a charity fundraiser or we need an address to write to or something. We're fandom, we do things when stuff like this happens.
I'm not a leader of such things but I'm definately a follower so as soon as someone posts up some things I'm sure to join in. I'm guessing the postcards campaign might have a sympathy card thing and someone mentioned donations HERE.
I still think a sympathy card sent to the set is in order no matter what gets organised.
I'm really hoping that one or more of the fundraising groups in this fandom (Fandom Rocks and Sweet Charity in particular) gets something going as a memorial. I don't know any addresses for his family, obviously, but writing condolences or letters of rememberance or such like to the Supernatural set and office addresses may be welcome.
Yes, I was trying to work out where would be best to send something. Just to let his family know that his work was appreciated. I guess the set is probably best. But let us know if you hear anything about a memorial, please.
