Info - Data collection on Kim Manners
Everyone copes with stress and grief differently. I cope by collecting data. Here are links to articles on Kim Manners' passing, a link or two to old interviews with him, an address to write to the Supernatural set offices and some other things. ETA: There are a couple charity drives starting up, does anyone know if
fandom_rocks or Sweet Charity are planning anything?

Articles on Kim Manners passing:
Note: Many of these are quite similar, but I'm linking all the ones I find anyway, because some have comments that are well worth reading and joining in.

Eclipse Magazine
TV Guide - May contain factual error. I think Kim was supposed to direct "Family Remains" but had fallen too ill to do so. I believe the last episode directed by Kim Manners was "Metamorphosis" *ETA: There is also a note in Today's News at that site (spoilers for everything but Supernatural I think, beware) that the second half of a Q & A with Sera Gamble will not be posted as scheduled this week due to Kim Manners' death, so they may be doing a major piece on him instead. I don't know, but that's what I suspect the case to be.

TV Guy @ Canada.com - Contains a few proofreading errors including one instance of putting David Nutter's name in instead of Manners, but has a really great anecdote from X-Files filming, and some words from one of the people in the grip department on Supernatural.

I don't think I know an address for the LA offices (where Kripke, the writers and the producers are), and I don't know if there's one to write letters of support directly to Kim Manners' family and wife Marlene Manners. If you write care of the show or Kripke, it should get through, but I have no idea. ETA: Address for the Manners family added.

ETA: I'm probably going to be coming back and adding more to this for a while, I think.
ETA2: If anyone has a link to interviews with or articles on Kim Manners from any time in his career they want to share, or any info on legitimate charity drives being planned, major fan projects, please link them in the comments and I'll add them to the list.
