SPN Project: The Bobbymobile.
I got a Hotwheels '69 Chevelle as a buddy for the mini-Metallicar on my shelf, and tried to paint it to look like Bobby's car (which is a '71 Chevelle).
The paint won't stand up too much handling because I couldn't figure out how to prep the surface properly without screwing up the windows and wheels, but it's just going to sit on the shelf next to Metallicar so handling shouldn't be an issue.

Here's the original (with a bit of improvised Scotch tape masking):

And next to mini-Metallicar:
I think it turned out... okay I guess, for a quick and sloppy paint job. The close-ups really show all the flaws. It looks more okay from a distance. :-/

I'm kind of hoping when the RPG comes out, Margaret-Weiss studios will do some miniatures too. *crosses fingers*

Margaret Weiss Productions has the license and they keep saying they're going to have it printed by such-and-such a date, but it hasn't been produced yet. It has been showing up in coming attractions in comic catalogs lately though, so perhaps there's hope.

How am I gonna make my group play it with me?

If I were to try running a campaign, I think I'd start with the players as a bunch of hunters in Ellen's bar before the demons wrecked it in AHBL 1 (that's partly where "When the Fiddler Stops" came from), then have them running around in the background of season 3 and 4, dealing with demon outbreaks and let them make their own minds up about what they hear about Sam, Dean, Bobby and other canon characters when or if they encounter them.
It would actually be better if your players haven't watched the series, because they wouldn't know what was coming up from the show, and they'd be less likely to meta-game and have their characters know things or trust things they would have no reason to.
