Attention Canadian Supernatural Fans!!!

This is probably old news, but just in case it isn't, I'm posting a heads up.

In Canada, Future Shop is carrying the Season 4 DVDs with the bonus Comic-con disk!


It contains the Comic-con panel edited a little with clips and inserts from the show and the signing tables at the con and it's pretty cool so far actually. It starts playing on insert and doesn't seem to have a root menu, but I'm okay that.

Look for DVD sets in Canadian Future Shops with this sticker on them:



My local Future Shop was selling the bonus version for $49.99 before tax (close to $56 after), which was about $2.50 more expensive than the Walmart next door with the plain no-bonus version. I think it's worth the extra two fifty. :-D

ETA: Minor lesson also learned. Remove the giant stack of loose CD-R's from the top of the scanner before attempting to lift the lid. *facepalm*

As far as I know they are the only store with the bonus, at least it says so on the website.

I'm so glad Canada is carrying that. I feel bad when we get some good stuff and its not available everywhere. I picked mine up at Target with the bonus disk. *claps*

It is cool when we get the nifty toys too, but the stores up here are horrible at getting the word out. One of the stores carried the mini-Impala packs last year and you'd have thought it was protected under the national secrets act for all they said about it. :-P

Oh my gosh, thanks for the info! I was trying to decide where to go. Future Shop seems to be the most expensive, but if it has an extra DVD, like you say, it's worth it. :)

It's only about 2.50 more than the local Walmart here, (you shouldn't be too different in your area), and I have never had luck with the online sellers that offer it cheaper. The order either gets here two weeks later or costs about half again as much in shipping and handling. :-P
