Chuck! (No, not that one, the one with his own series.)
Right, continuing the random fandom spammage of the weekend, and since the Chuck Season Three premiere starts tomorrow in a two hour block and a third hour on Monday, I better post this.
(Warning: If you read this, you will be spoiled for Chuck Season 2. And probably really confused.)
Chuck Season 3 theories:
-Something's hinky about Chuck's mom. She disappeared. Chuck's dad is Orion. There's some easily do-able math there, methinks.
-Morgan will return from Hawaii, not up to Benihana's calibre, and also missing his BFF, and work with Sarah at whatever form of food-service outlet is next to the Buy More. (And I'm fairly certain it will be a recognizable one *koffproductplacementkoff*) I get the funny feeling that Anna might not come back with him, and if she doesn't, I will blame budget cuts. I hope she does though.
-First scene or close to first scene of S3, Chuck will fall down go boom. Literally. Well except for the 'boom' by which I mean Intersect-ninja-skills go away, Chuck falls over. Thud. I would be willing to bet. See, Intersect 2 might give him the know-how and adrenaline spike to do crazy ninja spy stuff, but he's doing it with the same energy reserves and physical condition he has as a retail employee who's played video games his whole life. This will provide a rich source of whining and balance out the super crazy ninja-skills by turning Chuck into a puddle of goop as soon as the Intersect decides the crisis is over and it can withdraw. Also, muscle strains, sprains and so forth, leading to...
-Hopefully much more involvement of Captain Awesome. He's a physician who knows Chuck's secret and the new Intersect is going to wrack Chuck physically. He's going to need a medical professional in the know who he can trust not to have some government agency's best interests at heart instead of Chuck's own health.
-Sarah, Casey, General Beckman and Devon will also try to get Chuck to build himself up physically to cope with the demands of the new Intersect. This combined with the prior item will probably lead to Chuck spending a lot more time with Devon that they can't tell anyone about. This may become a source of strain with Ellie and with Morgan.
Beyond that, WHEEEE!!! Bring on the spy vs tech support vs spy vs family dynamics vs spy vs giant wall-mounted fish vs spy vs customer service vs spy crackfest! \o/
Also, "Chuck" is now one of the shows on my 'please do not spoil me' list. I've been avoiding commercials and everything. Please don't mention anything from them in comments if you comment. :-)

Hmm... I might want to watch that ep just to see how they handle that.
I was also into Stargate SG1 fandom, and I often wondered about Mini-Jack. Mini-Jack was a clone (in a 15 year old body) of Colonel Jack O'Neill, with all his memories. And I wondered how Mini-Jack would react to the fact that he could no longer use his scary black ops skills like he had. Colonel O'Neill is shown as a really good knife thrower (he never misses) and a good hand to hand fighter.
Body and muscle structure would be way different from a 50 something spooky ops career soldier to a 15 year old teen fresh from the cloning vat. I always wanted to see a fic where Mini-Jack had to learn to deal with the loss of said skills.
Anyway... you've now made me curious about Chuck.

At one point yes, if I recall correctly, but it's in a season 1 episode. I don't remember if they did again or not, they may have, there was an awful lot going on in the last episode last season.

I was checking to see what it was on, and saw episode 3 on monday, with no episode on the prior monday, and went bzuh?
And then I realized 3 EPISODES in 2 DAYS and went all \0/\0/\0/

Which leaves Sarah as the only one of the family without special powers or knowledge about what Chuck does, so maybe they'll let her in on it at some point? That would be interesting. See, your brother really is the high achiever you wanted him to be!

Someone has to be normal, and Ellie is awesome enough being normal. (Although I would not be surprised if she had the same thing Chuck does to some extent and could have uploaded the Intersect too, given the opportunity.)
